Empowering Educators to Navigate History's Pathways
Learning Resources
The Historical Society of Palm Beach County provides an expanding array of teaching resources for Palm Beach County and Florida history.
Our Lesson Plans cover various topics, from World War II to baseball and feather fashion, corresponding with each year’s Special Exhibit at the Johnson History Museum.
Since 2003, we’ve developed civics and history curriculum for Palm Beach County public schools, aligned with Sunshine State Standards. Available for download by chapter, these materials include maps, graphics, quizzes, and Teacher’s Guides to enrich the learning experience.
